"Shipping was alright, just a little slow"
I ordered from krafttool.com and everything did show up in good shape, so no real issues there. The shipping just felt kinda slow, and it took a few days longer than I thought it would. Tracking didn’t update much either, which was a bit annoying. Not a huge deal, though, the product was fine once it finally arrived

"Trowel made my wrist sore"
I used the trowel for just one afternoon, my wrist was already getting sore. The grip feels kind of chunky in my hand, and just a little awkward to use. Maybe it works for someone else, but for me, it wasn’t comfortable

"I was able to find the Kraft..."
I was able to find the Kraft tools I needed, and most of the sizes were actually in stock, which was nice. One item was sold out, but that happens everywhere. Compared to a few other sites I checked, this one was easier to navigate and had better availability overall. Good experience.

"Site is way too hard to use"
I was just trying to find a basic tool on Kraft, but it turned into way more of a hassle than it shouldve been. The menu felt clunky, and I kept clicking around only to end up basically back where I started.

The search wasnt much help either, and some of the product pages loaded weird on my phone. Im sure the tools themselves might be fine, but the website was frustrating enough that I gave up. 1 star for ease of use

"Not as solid as I was hoping"
At first, the tool seemed decent and worked fine for a bit. But for some reason, after just a few uses, the performance started to drop off. It got frustrating quickly, especially since I expected it to hold up better.

"Return took way more effort than expected"
I had a frustrating time with the return. The process felt slow, and I kept losing track of what was supposed to happen next or when I was supposed to hear back. The warranty response didn’t really clear much up either, so I ended up having to follow up more than I expected. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole thing took more time and energy than it should have

"Customer service took way too long"
I reached out hoping to get a quick answer, but it took them days to get back to me and when they finally did the response wasn’t really that helpful, so I was left feeling like I’d waited all that time for barely any support.

"Box was a little beat up, but everything was fine"
The package showed up with a dented box, so I was a bit worried at first. Thankfully, everything inside was still in good shape. I did reach out to support just to mention it, and they basically said something like, “Sorry about the rough delivery, but we’re glad the items made it okay.” Overall, not a huge issue, just wish the packaging had held up a little better...

"Didn't hold up like I expected"
I used the concrete edger for just a few jobs and it already bent. i expected a lot better for what I paid. Disappointing overall, and I don’t see myself buying from them again

"Got the wrong trowel"
My order showed up with the wrong trowel, so it was basically only half right. Frustrating since this feels like an avoidable mistake...

"decent tools, but the prices could be better"
the tools are okay and seem to get the job done. just felt like the prices were a little higher than i expected.

"not worth the price honestly"

"Way overpriced for what it is"
I was trying to buy a few tools from Kraft, but the prices were ridiculous. I checked a couple other places and the same kind of basic stuff was cheaper, so I don’t know why they think marking it up that much is okay. Maybe their quality is decent, but the prices made it impossible to justify. I ended up buying somewhere else and saved money. Feels like they’re overcharging people, and I’m not happy about it.

"Kraft Tool has a decent amount of..."
Kraft Tool has a decent amount of products, and I was able to find some of what I expected. But browsing around wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped, and a few categories felt a little thin. After a while, it started to chip away at my confidence that I’d be able to find exactly what I needed there. It’s not a bad option, just felt average overall.
